Returns and Exchange

We always strive to make you happy with our carefully hand selected and personally checked items before we ship. Your satisfaction and experience is important to us. 

However, if you are not happy with your purchase and would like to request for a refund or exchange of any item/s, please notify us at returns@trendynisa.ca within 7 days of receiving the package, explaining the reason for return with the name of the product/s.

Items purchased with a discount code or purchased under Sale/Promo are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Only items that are unused, unworn, unwashed, free from odour, makeup, lint and stains and have the TN tag intact will qualify for a return. If the reason does not comply with the specified standards in our terms and policies, Trendy Nisa reserves the right to decline a refund or exchange.

Please note that in the interest of hygiene, scarves (hijabs) have a strict no refunds/exchange policy.  Please ensure you have carefully read all product descriptions and measurements to help you make an informed decision before placing your order. Please note that you will be responsible for paying and arranging your own shipping carrier and the re-shipping fee for exchanges. Shipping fee will be deducted from the Returns for refund.

Refunds can be in the form of original payment and store credit.

You will receive a confirmation message from us, advising you of the return procedure. The products for return/exchange should be sent within 10 days of receiving the confirmation.

*Remember to include your Name and the Order no. of your purchase in the return package. 

However, if the error in the order is made by Trendy Nisa, we take full responsibility of the return and replacement of the correct item free of charge. 

We take utmost care to ensure that the colours visible in the pictures on the website are a true reflection of the actual colour of the item. However, please do keep in mind there might be a slight variation in the colour shade of the product from the original colour when viewing them on different digital screens.

Size Charts for products are available for your reference. Please keep in mind that there might be a marginal difference of 1”-2” in some products depending on the fabric and design/style of the garment.
